5. What if there are concerns about the conditions of the property?

By State law it is a requirement to notify the landlord in writing of any concerns. It is illegal to not pay the rent even if conditions exist that are not being addressed. We can be contacted and depending on the complaints can do an inspection and notice to correct violations.

6. What about mold?
