Request to Use Ogden City Flag Image

The Ogden City flag image is a trademark of Ogden City, Utah. Reproduction or use of the image without the prior written consent of the City is strictly prohibited.

The flag image may be used by authorized agents and employees of Ogden City only in conducting the official business of the City, subject to the following terms and condition of use. 

The Ogden City flag image may be used by third parties with the prior written approval of Ogden City. Third parties must agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use and submit a request for permission as explained below.

Terms & Conditions of Use of the Logo:

1. You may not edit, alter, modify, or distort the Ogden City flag image in any way except that the mountain circle design element of the flag may be used independently from the rest of the flag design.
2. You may not change the color scheme from the original without prior permission.
3. You may not use the Ogden City flag image to provide or imply endorsement, affiliation, or promotion by the City of any product, service, class of products or services, or political candidate or issue unless additional written permission is obtained from the Ogden City Legal Department.
4. You may only use the Ogden City flag image for the purposes specified in this request form.
5. You agree that your use of the flag image will be of such high standard and quality as to be adequate and suited to the protection and enhancement of the image and Ogden City’s good will therein.
6. You will always use the ™ in connection with the flag image.
7. You acknowledge and agree that Ogden City makes no representation or warranty of non-infringement and expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties, whether express or implied.
8. You agree that Ogden City has the right to revoke your permission to use the flag image at any time, with or without cause, and that upon revocation you will immediately cease use of the image.
9. You agree that these Terms & Conditions of Use may be amended from time to time and will govern your use of the flag image thereafter. You therefore agree to periodically review these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
 

If you accept all of the above Terms & Conditions of Use, you may submit a submit a request online to obtain an electronic copy of the Ogden City flag image or call (801) 629-8000.
 

If your request is approved, we will notify you via email and deliver a copy of the image in electronic format within approximately three (3) business days, at no charge.
