Ogden City employees provide services to citizens and individuals who may be Limited English Proficient (LEP) as a result of national origin. Based on data collected from a variety of sources within the Ogden City Corporation, the City’s primary non-English language group is Spanish speakers. The City’s Language Assistance Plan (LAP) Plan outlines and describes how the City will improve access to its services, programs and activities for LEP individuals.
